Arrival Procedures
Staff supervision will be available on the PCT yard beginning at 8:45 a.m. Students should not be dropped off at school before 8:45 a.m., as there is no staff supervision available.
Students dropped off by car should enter through the gate located near the parking lot on the South side of the building. A staff member will be stationed at the gate to welcome students and direct them to the appropriate area. Students are also not permitted to enter the school building before the entry bell unless directed by a staff member.
For safety and supervision purposes, parents/guardians are asked NOT to enter the school yard during morning arrival. Once students have entered the yard, they will be supervised by school staff.
Students arriving by bus will be greeted by staff at the bus stop and directed to the school yard.
When the entry bell rings, students will line up at their class line-up location and designated entrance. Classroom educators will meet their students at their line and bring them into the school.
