Grade 4 French Immersion Registration
Starting in Grade 4, French Immersion provides an opportunity for students to develop French-language skills in a variety of subject areas. The content is the same as the regular program with French as a language of instruction. Students will have a minimum of 3800 hours of instruction in French by the end of Grade 8.
For Grade 4 to 6, French Immersion is offered at PCT with students being transported to Bayside Secondary school for Grades 7 and 8 FI. Students who successfully complete the program will receive a French Immersion certificate. Students must pre-register for the French Immersion program by mid February of each year.
